There are two ways to listen to the podcast:

This is the easiest way to hear the podcast. It is streamed online from the BA website and won't be saved onto your computer.

Just click on the white arrow in the green box on the podcast webpage and it should start playing automatically. If you are using a PC, you may need to click twice. If you don't hear any sound, check that the volume on your computer is not set too low or set to "mute".

You can save the mp3 file to your computer and listen to it later.

To download using a PC, right-click on "Download" and select "Save target as...". You can then save the podcast as an mp3 file onto your computer.

On a Mac, press the "Apple" key and click on the link to save the file.

Once you have saved the file, you can play it at any time simply by double-clicking it, as you would with any file. It will then open in your computer's default media player. You can also copy the file to an mp3 player or add it to your iTunes library to listen to it on an iPod.
